I was worried if a 60 yr old with little computer experience would be able to complete the job. I had estimates to fix it that were near the price of the original laptop. Before ordering a screen I watched their installation video. It was great and I decided to give it a try. The price was right and the installation took 20 minutes. I took old screen off first to make sure I could do it.

I watched the video tutorial that was created to help the average person who may not know computers that well. I can tell you, being that I am an IT professional and knowing the insides of a computer very well, they did a great job on the video for the DIY-er.
